| EUROGOLD LIMITED - View Question |
Q: Dear Peter,
In the latest quarterly report, the Board states that "It is not the intention of the Board that the primary business of Eurogold will be that of a passive portfolio investor". With cash at less than 1 mil with no positive cashflow, what is our general strategy moving forward to capitalise on future investment opportunities. It appears that EUG is fully invested (excluding future capital raising/taking on debt). Will the Board consider divesting its listed investments?
I am very bullish on our investment in DRA, but have reservations in TAM in terms of valuation. I see greater upside and lower risk in DRA with a PE <5.
Thank you for your time in advance.
